gingerbread recipe

Butter - 100 gr.

Sugar - 200 gr.

Egg - 2 pcs.

Honey - 150 gr

Flour - 550 gr.

Soda 1 tsp

Spices - 1-2 tsp


In a bowl on a water bath, mix butter, sugar, honey, soda, spices.

Stirring constantly, bring the mass until the sugar is completely dissolved and a homogeneous mass is formed.

Remove the mixture from heat, allow to cool slightly, add eggs and knead into a soft, not tight dough.

Lubricate the mold from the inside with oil,

Roll out a piece of dough and press it by hand into the mold.

Turn the mold over, pry over the edge of the gingerbread and remove it from the mold.

Bake at 180 gr. about 10 minutes until the edges are browned.
